1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In Główczyce. 2. A Detailed Description And Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 2 To Swz.3. The Order Is Implemented Under The European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027 Program, Priority 2, European Funds For Green Pomerania, Measure 2.23, Circular Economy, Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund.4. The Contractor May Not Take Advantage Of Errors Or Omissions Appearing In The Order Documentation, And Should Immediately Notify The Ordering Party Of Their Detection, Who Will Make Appropriate Changes Or Corrections. 5. The Data Specified In The Order Documentation Will Be Considered Target Values, Changes In Which Are Permissible As Part Of The Arrangements With The Ordering Party.6. The Settlement Of The Order Is Agreed To Be A Lump Sum, Which Will Constitute The Final Remuneration Of The Party Accepting The Order For The Performance Of The Entire Subject Of The Order, Regardless Of The Expenses It Will Have To Incur In Order To Achieve The Result Intended By The Parties.
