The Subject Of The Order Consists Of: 1) Stage 1: Development Of Technical And Executive Design Documentation, Which Is Understood As The Technical Design Referred To In Art. 34 Section 3 Point 3 Of The Construction Law And The Detailed Design In The Detail Required By The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program, And Other Studies Indicated In Point 4.4 Of The Swz Developed For The Entire Investment In Accordance With The Design Held By The Ordering Party. Architectural And Construction Project, Land Development Permit, Construction Permit, Pfu, Swz, Contract, Applicable Regulations; 2) Stage 2: Construction Of Two Municipal Building Estates For The City Of Sejny In Accordance With The Prepared Technical And Executive Design Documentation, Pfu, Architectural And Construction Design And Land Development Project Together With The Construction Permits Issued On Their Basis, Swz, Contract, Applicable Regulations Along With Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Decisions, Consents And Opinions Required To Start Using The Facilities, Including The Issuance Of Conditions For The Supply Of Fire-Fighting Water, And A Non-Final Decision On The Use Permit. The Scope Of The Contractors Services Is Specified In This Swz, Pfu, Architectural And Construction Design, Land Development Design, Building Permit Decisions And The Draft Contract - Annex No. 2 To The Swz, And In The Scope Of The Works Performed, Additionally Prepared By The Contractor And Technical And Executive Design Documentation Received By The Ordering Party. Required Minimum Scope Of Work As Part Of The Development Of Technical And Executive Design Documentation: 1. Conducting And Documenting Ground Tests Necessary To Develop The Design Technical And Executive Documentation;2. Full Surveying Services Necessary To Develop Technical And Executive Design Documentation;3. Preparation Of A Map For Design Purposes;4. Carrying Out An Inventory Of Greenery;5. Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, The Conditions And Arrangements From Network Owners And Road Managers Necessary To Prepare The Technical And Executive Design Documentation And Perform Works Based On It;6.
