The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Adaptation Of Toilet Rooms For The Needs Of People With Disabilities With The Adjustment Of The Width Of The Corridor For The Needs Of People In Wheelchairs At The John Paul Ii Primary School No. 4 In Lubartów Attention! Due To The Fact That The Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active School Building, The Employer Requires The Construction Site To Be Secured To Enable Uninterrupted Safe Use Of The Primary School Building And The Accompanying Infrastructure. Continuous Access To The Premises Must Be Maintained During School Opening Hours. The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree The Work Schedule (Days, Hours) In Advance With The School Principal Or An Authorized Person. Due To The Impossibility Of Decommissioning Part Of The Primary School Building During Renovation, The Ordering Party Divided The Task Into Two Stages.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Demolition Works And Replacement Of Wall And Floor Coverings); 2) Cutting Grooves And Sockets For Lintel Beams; 3) Widening The Openings (After Making Lintels); 4) Dismantling Lighting Fixtures And Electrical Connectors; 5) Dismantling And Rebuilding The Existing Water And Sewage Installation; 6) Dismantling And Replacing Fittings And Devices Sanitary Facilities;7) Dismantling And Replacing Doors And Door Frames;8) Repairing Existing Plasters And Installing New Ones;9) Installing Hydro-Insulation Under Tiles10) Laying Floors And Cladding With Ceramic Tiles11) Renovation With Emulsion Paints;12) Removal And Disposal Of Materials Subject To Disposal And Waste Resulting From Renovation Works;
