The Subject Of The Order In The Design And Build Formula Is The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled: Reconstruction And Expansion Of Dp No. 1809B On The Section Of The Rail Baltica - Pieniążki Railway Line. The Task Includes The Preparation Of Design Documentation With Obtaining The Necessary Approvals And Decisions, As Well As The Implementation Of Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The District Road No. 1809B On The Rail Baltica - Pieniążki Railway Line Section. The Project Will Be Carried Out On The Section At Km 0+615÷4+290 With A Length Of 3,675 M, Within The Following Towns: Pieniążki, Brzozowa Wólka And Sojczyn Borowy, Commune Grajewo, Grajewo Poviat. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And Implementation Conditions Are Specified In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Contract Template And Annexes No. 9 To The Swz - Functional And Utility Program (Ffu).
