The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Involving Manual Cleaning Of Green Areas, Slopes, Sidewalks And Parking Lots. The Order Is Carried Out Divided Into Regions. The Ordering Party Divided The Order Into Four Parts: Part I: Manual Cleaning Of Green Areas, Slopes, Sidewalks And Parking Lots When Dividing The City Into Regions - District No. 1 Part Ii: Manual Cleaning Of Green Areas, Slopes, Sidewalks And Parking Lots When Dividing The City Into Regions - District No. 2 Part Iii: Manual Cleaning Of Green Areas, Slopes, Sidewalks And Parking Lots When Dividing The City Into Regions - District No. 3 Part Iv: Manual Cleaning Of Green Areas, Slopes, Sidewalks And Parking Lots When Dividing The City Into Regions - District No. 4 The Task Includes: Access To The Cleaned Area, Collecting Or Sweeping Waste And Its Transport To The Treatment/Disposal Plant. The Areas Covered By The Cleaning Are Publicly Accessible And Their Operation Does Not Involve Any Costs, Apart From The Costs Of Their Ongoing Maintenance.1. Contractor Every Monday And Thursday (Including Public Holidays) From: From 6.00 A.M. To 2.00 P.M. Will Manually Remove All Municipal Waste (Including Animal Excrements, Waste In Bags) From The Areas Listed In Annex 2 To The Contract Template. The Areas Listed In Part B Of Annex No. 2 To The Agreement (Applies To Areas No. 2 And 3) Will Be Swept Accordingly: - Area No. 2 Every Monday And Thursday (Also On Public Holidays), From 6.00 A.M. To 2.00 P.M., Area No. 3 Every Day (Also On Public Holidays), From 6.00 A.M. To 8.00 A.M. 2. During The Period When There Will Be Snow On Most Green Areas, Slopes, Sidewalks And Parking Lots, The Contractor Will Manually Remove Municipal Waste Lying On The Snow (Including Animal Excrement, Waste In Bags).3. The Contractor Will Provide A Dispatch Point Equipped With A Telephone As Well As A Permanent Internet Connection Enabling Contact With The Ordering Party And City Services (E.G. City Guard, Police, Gliwice Rescue Center) Via E-Mail 24 Hours A Day.4. The Contractor Will Check E-Mail Every Day (On An Ongoing Basis), At Least Twice A Day.5. Based On The List Of Areas Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Contract Template, Random Quality Inspections Of The Service Provided Will Be Carried Out By The Ordering Partys Representative.6. If It Is Found That The Service Has Not Been Performed Properly (E.G. Municipal Waste, Including Animal Excrements, Is Lying On The Premises), The Contractor Will Be Charged With A Contractual Penalty Specified In The Contract Template.
