The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Investment Task Titled: Expansion Of District Road No. 1841 C On The Michałki - Sadłowo Section Along With Obtaining A Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of The Road Investment Zrid Decision On The Basis Of The Act On Specific Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads Of April 10, 2003 (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 311, As Amended). The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation And Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions, Including Zrid Decisions, For The Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Task, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) And The Contract, Along With All Necessary Studies, Materials, Arrangements, And Activities Necessary To Prepare This Documentation And Prepare The Task For The Commencement Of Construction Works; 2) The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specified In Annex No. 9 To The Swz Entitled Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) And The Contract, The Template Of Which Is Attached As Annex 8 To This Swz.
