A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1A To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Subject Of The Order For A Maximum Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, But Not Earlier Than January 1, 2026 And No Longer Than December 31, 2026. If Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Indicated In The Documentation, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials Described. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer Documents Confirming The Equivalence Of The Offered Solutions. The Burden Of Proving Equivalence Rests With The Contractor.
