1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Including The Sale And Distribution Of Nitrogen-Rich Gas Type Ls To The Police Units Of The West Pomeranian Garrison, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1385, As Amended), The Civil Code And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis, The Network Operation And Operation Manual Distribution (Iriesd), Approved By The Decision Of The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office (Pure), In Accordance With The Presented Summary, Quantity And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Included In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 8.1 To Swz.2. Details Regarding The Tariff Group, Estimated Annual Gas Consumption Divided Into Calendar Months, In Relation To Individual Collection Points Are Described In Annex No. 8.1 And 2.1 To Swz.3. The Estimated Amount Of Gaseous Fuel That Will Be Delivered During The Term Of The Contract To The Gas Consumption Points Specified In Annex 8.1. To Swz/Annex No. 1 To The Contract For Part No. I Is 605,000 Kwh And May Change Due To Weather Conditions. In The Event Of A Difference Between The Estimated And Actual Consumption, The Contractor Will Not Pursue Financial Claims Other Than Those Resulting From The Amount Of Gas Fuel Used.4. The Ordering Party Declares That In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 31B Section 2 Point 2 Of The Act Of December 6, 2008 On Excise Duty (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 126) Is Not A Payer Of Excise Duty.5. The Ordering Party Will Use Gaseous Fuel For Heating Purposes, For Its Own Needs.6. Nitrogen-Rich Natural Gas Type Ls Should Be Delivered 24 Hours A Day To The Delivery And Reception Points Listed In Annex No. 8.1 To The Swz, Which Are A Set Of Gas Devices Used To Connect The Internal Network, Owned By The Ordering Party, To The Gas Network Of The System Operator.7. The Ownership Of The Gaseous Fuel Is Transferred To The Ordering Party After Measurement At The Outlet Of The Measurement System.8. The Payment Deadline Will Be No Shorter Than 21 Days From The Date Of Delivery By The Contractor Of A Correctly Issued Vat Invoice. 9. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Supplier Of Gaseous Fuels, In Accordance With The Instruction For Operation And Operation Of The Distribution Network (Iriesd) Regarding The Provision And Use Of Gaseous Fuel Distribution Services, On The Basis Of A Separate Power Of Attorney Granted.10. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor Selected In The Completed Procedure With All Necessary Data Enabling The Effective Implementation Of The Seller Change Procedure.11. The Ordering Party Informs That For Most Consumption Points, The Possible Procedure For Changing The Gas Fuel Supplier Will Be Carried Out For The First Time.12. The Ordering Party Does Not Currently Have Any Promotional Offers Nor Is It A Member Of Loyalty Programs.13.
