Part 1 Covers The Sale And Delivery Of A Brand New, Defect-Free Backhoe Loader, Intended For Road/Construction/Earthworks.1. Basic Requirements:A) Brand New Machine, Manufactured In 2024 Or 2025, From Series Production, Not Being A Prototype Or The First Machine In A Given Series;B) Machine Approved For Right-Hand Traffic On Public Roads;C) Diesel Engine Meeting Eu Standards;D) Minimum Engine Power: 75 Hp;E) Maximum Torque: Min. 400 Nm;F) Exhaust Emission Standard Consistent With The Regulatory Requirements Applicable On The Date Of Delivery And Allowing The Machine To Be Allowed To Travel On Public Roads (At Least Stage V),G) Warranty For The Offered Backhoe Loader For A Period Of Min. 36 Months Counted From The Date The Ordering Party Signs The Quantitative And Qualitative Acceptance Protocol Confirming The Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract (The Period For Which The Guarantee Will Be Granted By The Contractor Will Be Subject To The Evaluation Of Offers In The Warranty Period Criterion). The Ordering Partys Rights Regarding The Warranty Do Not Exclude The Possibility Of The Ordering Party Exercising Warranty Rights. The Warranty Period Cannot Be Shorter Than The Warranty Period. H) During The Acceptance Of The Backhoe Loader, The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct Training In The Field Of Operation 1. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Annex No. 2.1. To Swz. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Will Constitute An Annex To The Contract.
