1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Radio Equipment, Radiotelephones And Data Transmission Devices, Including: - Delivery, Assembly And Configuration Of 2 Base Antenna Installations (Including One New And One For Replacement), - Delivery And Configuration Of 2 Mobile Radiotelephones (For Installation In Vehicles), - Delivery And Configuration Of 33 Portable Radio Stations With 33 Microspeakers, - Delivery Of 2 Pcs. Of 6-Slot Chargers/Conditioners And 4 Pcs. Car Chargers - Delivery, Assembly And Configuration 1 Set. Desktop Controller, Compatible With The Existing Trx System And Dm4600 Radiotelephone, - Delivery, Installation And Configuration Of 1 Piece Of Call Recorder (Min. 4-Channel), - Programming Of All Devices To Work In The Existing Network (In Accordance With The Uke Permission And The Ordering Partys Arrangements), - Provision Of Service And Technical Support For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months Of Warranty.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. The Contractor Must Ensure Loading, Transport And Unloading Of The Delivered Products At His Own Expense.4. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Contract To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The City Of Suwałki At His Own Expense And Risk.5. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, In The Place Where The Subject Of The Order Is Described Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Furthermore, All Such References Should Be Deemed To Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Indication Of The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act And On The Principles Specified Therein Rests With The Contractor, In Which Case The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove, By Attaching To The Offer, The Relevant Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.6. If Trademarks Are Used In The Documentation Of The Proceedings, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Define Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Price Form. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Materials And Devices Used By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 7. The Use Of Labels In The Documentation Of The Procedure Means That The Ordering Party Accepts All Labels Confirming That The Deliveries Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Ordering Part
