1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of The Task Titled: Development Of Design Documentation For The Olioc Warehouse Building In The Former Boiler Room At Ul. Dr. J. Babińskiego 29/17 - Stage I. The (Material) Effect Of This Order Subject To Acceptance Will Be The Development Of Design Documentation For A Warehouse Building In The Former Kotłownia At Ul. Dr. J. Babińskiego 29/17 - Stage I, Which Is Understood As: Development Of An Architectural Concept, Expertise And Inventory Necessary At This Stage, Along With Obtaining Recommendations/Opinions Of The Municipal Conservator Of Monuments (Mkz). The General Assumption Of The Ordering Party Is To Urgently Develop A Concept For The Renovation Of The Boiler Room Building, Develop The Necessary Inventories Using The 3D Laser Scanning Method (According To The Requirements Described Below) And An Expert Opinion Determining The Possibility Of Rebuilding The Building And Adapting It To The Needs And New Storage Function, And Obtaining The Recommendations/Opinions Of The Conservator Of Monuments For The Planned Renovation.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order With Annexes. 3. The Planned Investment Will Include The Renovation Of The Historic Building Of The Former Boiler House For The Purpose Of Using It As A Storage Base For The Implementation Of Tasks In The Field Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Olioc), For The Years 2025-2026 Adopted By Resolution No. 72 Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 27, 2025 (In Accordance With The Requirements Of This Program, In Particular In The Scope Of Area 2 - Logistical Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies - Point Regarding Supplementing The Resources And Infrastructure Necessary To Implement The Tasks Of Population Protection And Civil Defense And The Act Of December 5, 2024 On Population Protection And Civil Defense (Journal Of Laws, Item 1907)).
