Expertise On Emergency Shelter Sites Aims To Assess The Condition And Suitability Of Facilities That Can Be Used As Shelter In Emergency Situations. Checking The Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Structure, The Condition Of The Installation, Protection Against External Factors, Along With The Necessary Static Calculations Of Key Structural Elements D) Adaptation To The Needs, I.E. Determining Whether The Facility Meets Requirements Regarding The Number Of People It Can Accommodate, Access To Water, Toilets, Ventilation, E) Adaptation Procedures, I.E. Determining The Scope Of Work Needed To Adapt The Facility To The Role Of An Mds, E.G.
