Quotation are invited for Merck Essential Elixir Repair and Maintenance. CLOSING DATE 07 NOVEMBER 2025 SCOPE OF WORK: MERCK ESSENTIAL ELIXIR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE 1.0 TERMS OF REFERENCE A service provider is required is required for the repair and maintenance of the Merck Essential Elixir water de-ioniser. 2.0 PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK Inspection of the instrument filters and tubes Replacement of progard TS 2 and PE tank millipak filters Replacement of front tank valve FTPF17968 Complete preventative maintenance. Service certificate/report to be issued on completion. 3.0 QUOTATION Should include the following: 3.1 Costs quoted are inclusive of all services listed above. 3.2 Costs quoted are VAT exclusive. SAFETY Prior to commencement of work the service provider will attend a Contractor Induction Course conducted by the Municipality. 5.0 FEES The service provider shall ensure that employees under his/her control are issued with PPE/PPC. The service provider shall conduct his undertaking in such a manner as to ensure, as far as reasonably practicable, that persons other than those in his employment who may be directly affected by his activities are not thereby exposed to hazards.
