Request for proposals for Event Planner/Coordinator to Manage the Makken Project Closing Event in Tripoli Makken-IL-00045-Event Coordinator. INJAZ Lebanon (IL) is a nonprofit non-governmental educational organization dedicated to educating youth about work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy through experiential hands-on programs that help inspire a culture of entrepreneurialism and business innovation among youth in Lebanon. INJAZ Lebanon is an affiliate of INJAZ Al-ARAB and JA Worldwide, one of the worlds largest and most impactful youth-serving NGOs. ABOUT MAKKEN MAKKEN Mobilizing Youth for Community-Led Change. A dynamic initiative designed to empower youth in North Lebanon and Akkar to drive community-led solutions, foster peaceful coexistence, and build sustainable, resilient communities. Inspired by the success of MACAN and CATALYST, MAKKEN strengthens youth-led action in the face of displacement, conflict, and socio-economic challenges. MAKKEN project is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). This project is implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in partnership with the Ministry of Social Affairs and in cooperation with INJAZ Lebanon and the municipalities of Al Mina, Bourj Al Yahoudiyeh, Deir Ammar, Kfarhelda, Mishmish, and Tripoli. INJAZ Lebanon is launching this Request for Proposal (RFP) to recruit a qualified Event Planner/Coordinator to manage the MAKKEN Project Closing Event in Tripoli. The role includes coordinating logistics, vendors, and event-day operations to ensure a smooth and impactful closing celebration. DELIVERABLES The selected Event Coordinator is expected to provide the following deliverables: Event implementation plan outlining timeline, logistics, and coordination steps (to be approved by INJAZ Lebanon before the event). Final vendor list and contact sheet including details of all engaged suppliers and services. On-site event coordination report summarizing the event execution, attendance, and any challenges faced. Post-event report including, feedback highlights, and confirmation of suppliers payments and closure.
