Tenders are invited for Implementation of the Investing in Inclusive Human Capital Development in Northern Mozambique Project (PIDICHNM): CAI of Lichinga A provisional guarantee 150.000.00MT Project Investing in the Inclusive Development of Human Capital in Northern Mozambique (PIDICHNM) PUBLIC NOTICE OF TENDER NO. 5800141/07/CP-SPS-N/WB2025 The Niassa Provincial Health Service, within the scope of the implementation of the Investing in Inclusive Human Capital Development in Northern Mozambique Project (PIDICHNM), financed by the World Bank (P175298), intends to apply part of the funds to contract the Requalification Works of (2) CAIS in the Province of Niassa. The Provincial Health Service invites interested companies, which meet the eligibility requirements with a 4th class license (at least), to submit sealed bids for the execution of the works as specified in the tender document. The proposals must be valid for 120 (one hundred and twenty) days and accompanied by a provisional guarantee valid for 120 days in the amount of: Lot I: CAI of Lichinga - 150,000.00 MT (one hundred and fifty thousand meticais). Lot II: CAI of Mecanhelas - 152,000.00 MT (one hundred and fifty-two thousand meticais). The tender will be governed by the World Banks IFP Procurement Regulations for Borrowers, September 2023 Edition, and subsidiarily by the rules set out in the Regulations for Contracting Public Works, Supply of Goods and Provision of Services to the State, approved by Decree No. 79/2022, of December 30.
