Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of 01 No. Submersible Pump with Motor for Pontoon (Ii) and 02 Nos. Submersible Pumps for Pontoon (I) of Kaluganga Water Intake of Water Supply Scheme at Horana Export Processing Zone. 1. The Chairman, Department Procurement Committee on behalf of the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka (BOI) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supplying and installation of 01 No. Submersible Pump with Motor for Pontoon (II) and 02 Nos. Submersible Pumps for Pontoon (I) of Kaluganga Water Intake of Water Supply Scheme at Horana Export Processing Zone. The estimated cost for this Bid is Rs. 4.2 Mn. without VAT & contract period is 120 days. 2. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedure. 3. To be eligible for contract award, the bidder shall be a Pump Manufacturer or an authorized local agent for Submersible Pumps and having an experience as a main contractor for at least three works of similar nature and complexity equivalent to the proposed work over the period of last ten (10) years, on production of a letter of request for bidding documents on a business letterhead. The letter of request should accompany documentary evidence from the manufacturer of the pumps as relevant. 4. Bidding Documents may be inspected free of charge at the Engineering Services Department of BOI at HEPZ between 0930 hrs and 1530 hrs on normal working days. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Actg. Executive Director (Technical Services), Technical Services Department, Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, Level 5, West Tower, World Trade Centre, Echelon Square, Colombo 1 from 27.10.2025 until 17.11.2025 between 09.00 hrs. and 15.00 hrs. upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000.00 (Including SSCL) + VAT in cash. 6. Sealed bids shall be delivered in duplicate to reach the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, C/o Actg. Executive Director (Technical Services), Technical Services Department, Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, Level 5, West Tower, World Trade Centre, Echelon Square, Colombo 1 at or before 14.00 hrs. on 18.11.2025.
