Scope of Evaluation 3rd February - 30th November 2025 Country: South Sudan Site(s)/Location(s): Gorom Refugee Settlement and Rokon IDP Camp Donor Network of Empowered Aid Response (NEAR) Implementer: South Sudan Localization Lab (SSLL) Survey Type: End of Project Evaluation Contacts info(®amalna-ss.org Evaluation Period November/December 2025 interested and qualified applicants are invited to submit the following documents: A Curriculum Vitae (maximum 3 pages) highlighting relevant experience. A Technical and Financial Proposal (maximum 5-8 pages) outlining the proposed evaluation methodology, work plan, and detailed budget. The financial proposal should include consultancy fees and costs for meals, presented as separate budget lines. At least one sample of a previous evaluation report or similar assignment. Applications should be submitted via email to [email protected], with a copy to [email protected], clearly indicating "End line Evaluation - Bridges to Resilience Project" in the subject line. The deadline for submission of expressions of interest is November 12th, 2025, before 5:00 PM (CAT). NB: Due to the urgency of the consultancy, applications shall be reviewed on rolling basis. Whereby received applications that meets the set criteria, calls for engagement of an individual consultant or firm just before or after the dateline. GUIDING PRINCIPLES AND VALUES: Adherence to Amalnas Code of Conduct, SEA, and confidentiality when interviewing or photographing children. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
