Tenders Are Invited For Post-Warranty Service And Maintenance, Prevention, Diagnostics And Repair Of Motor Vehicles (Including Motorcycles, Cars, Vans, Dump Trucks, Bodies, Trailers And Semi-Trailers)

Repair Works Will Be Carried Out If Necessary After A Prior Request From The Contractor For Each Specific Case. Repair Activities Do Not Include Tin-Painting Activities, Activities On The Electrical And Electronic System, As Well As Activities On The Gas Systems Of The Cars. After Accepting A Motor Vehicle Or Ppp For Repair, A Diagnosis Is Carried Out, On The Basis Of Which The Following Are Determined: - The Necessary Service Time To Perform The Activity; - All Necessary Spare Parts; - Additional Materials And Consumables And Their Quantity; - Others. After Performing The Above Activities, The Contractor Prepares An Offer For The Activity, Describing All Necessary Spare Parts With Their Names And, If Possible, Catalog Numbers And Manufacturer. The Contracting Party Has The Right To Make Additional Coordination And Inspection With An External Technical Person Before Carrying Out The Repair Works. After Considering The Offer, The Contracting Party Gives A Written Response To Perform The Activities And Informs The Contractor. In The Event Of An Additional Need For Spare Parts, Materials, Consumables And Others During The Already Specified Repair Activities, A New Offer For The Additional Spare Parts, Materials, Consumables And Others Is Prepared By The Contractor. After The Work Is Done, It Is Reported By The Contractor And Accepted By The Contractor With The Signing Of A Handover Protocol In Which The Contractor Has Described In Detail The Activities Performed And The Time And Parts Invested. All Defective And Replaced Parts Described In The Handover Protocol Are Physically Provided To The Contractor. Vehicle Detention Time For Repair Work: Replacement Of Gaskets, Parts, Assemblies And Units (Water Pump, Radiator, Alternator, Starter, Shock Absorbers, Gaskets, Etc.) - No More Than 1 (One) Working Day, After Receiving The Necessary Spare Parts; Current Repair - Repair Front/Rear Axle, Differential, Gearbox, Gearbox, Clutch, Partial Engine Repair, Air Conditioning, Etc. – No More Than 5 (Five) Working Days After Receiving The Necessary Spare Parts; Overhaul Of Motor Vehicles - No More Than 15 (Fifteen) Working Days After Receiving The Necessary Spare Parts.
