The Object Of The Order Is Periodically Repeated Supplies Of Medicinal Products, Necessary For The Activities Of Umbal Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovych Jsc Within The Estimated Quantities Of The Technical Specification And The Invitation To Participate In A Limited Procedure For A Period Of 24 Months. The Public Procurement Is Not Divided Into Separate Items. The Financial Resource Determined By The Contracting Authority For This Order - For All Nomenclature Units Is In The Amount Of Bgn 2,196,826.17 Excluding Vat, The Contracting Authoritys Own Funds, As The Price Thus Determined Is Estimated. Term For The Execution Of The Order: 24 (Twenty-Four) Months, Starting From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. All Types Of Medicinal Products Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification Attached To This Documentation. The Technical Specification Is In Accordance With Those Maintained On The Website Of The Ministry Of Health Register - Positive Drug List, Appendix No. 2 As Of 02.10.2025, Register Of Maximum Prices Of Medicinal Products Dispensed According To A Doctors Prescription And Register Of Maximum Sales Prices Of Medicinal Products Dispensed Without A Doctors Prescription, Current As Of The Same Date And Other Medicines. The Participant Can Submit An Offer For One, More Than One Or All Nomenclature Units. Presentation Of Variants In The Offer Is Not Allowed. The Public Contract Is Awarded On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Under The Award Criteria Lowest Price Per Nomenclature Unit In Bgn, Excluding Vat. The Procedure For Opening, Examining, Evaluating And Ranking The Offers Is Carried Out In Accordance With Art. 104 Of The Zop And Of Chapter V, Section Viii Of The Ppzop.
