Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Terms Of The Order Execution Are Included In The Annexes: 1) Product And Price Specification - Annex No. 2 To The Swz, 2) Designed Provisions Of The Contract That Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Contract - Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 2. Deadline For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order: The Commencement Of The Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas Will Take Place On The Date Of The Successful Completion Of The Supplier Change Process (If Necessary), But Not Earlier Than On January 1, 2026. The Agreement Will Be Concluded For A Fixed Period Of 12 Months, Counting From The Date Of Commencement Of The Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas To The Ordering Party Or Until The Amount Specified In §4 Section 1 Of The Agreement Constituting The Contractors Maximum Remuneration Is Exhausted, In Depending On Which Situation Occurs First. The Ordering Party Plans To Implement The Contract From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026. 3. In This Tender Procedure, The Ordering Party Will Apply The Procedure Specified In Art. When Assessing Offers. 139 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. 4. The Validity Period Of The Offer Is: 90 Days. The Validity Period Of The Offer Begins With The Expiry Of The Offer Submission Deadline. This Day Is The First Day Of The Offer Validity Period. The Above Means That The Offer Validity Period Expires On March 1, 2026.
