The Task Will Possibly Also Include Modifying Gravel Roads In The Summer At The Same Unit Price (These Works Are Mainly Done With The Citys Own Equipment). For The Framework Arrangement, All Of The Offers That Meet The Conditions Of The Request For Tenders Are Selected, And The Graders Are Used In Order Of The Most Economic Value. The Overall Financial Order Of Preference Is Obtained As Follows: The Price Comparison Of Graders Is Performed Using A Reference Number Based On The Graders Stage Classification Or Annual Model (Grades That Are Not Stage-Classified) (Coefficients And Reference Number Example Attached, Appendix 2.). The Comparison Is Performed Manually Using An Excel Table. Machines Belonging To The Stage Classification, Which Fall Between The Categories Of The Example Table According To Their Model Year, Are Interpreted As Belonging To A Lower Category. The Offer May Include One Or More Machines. The Tenderer States The Details Of The Machines In Appendix 1 Machine List. The Customer Does Not Commit To Specific Procurement Quantities During The Contract Period. Contract Period The Contract Period Is 01.01.2026 - 31.10.2028 Or From The Moment Of Signing The Contract. The Contract Ends Without Notice. The Subscriber Reserves The Right To Extend The Contract For One (1) Year (Option), Until 31 October 2029.
