Motor Vehicles – Permanent And Occasional Rental Of Motor Vehicles. Framework Contract For Long-Term And Occasional Rental Of Motor Vehicles For The Following Specific Quantities: 1. Long-Term Rental Quantity: Type A: 19 Mid-Range, Combi-Type Cars Equipped With Gasoline Mild-Hybrid Engines -45,000 Km/Year. 2. Short-Term Ad-Hoc Rental Quantity: Type B: Up To 5 Middle-Class, Combi-Type, Petrol Mild-Hybrid Passenger Cars At The Same Time (Same As Type A Or Equivalent To Type A, Not Older Than 2 Years At The Time Of Handing Over To The Lessee, With A Maximum Mileage Of 80,000 Kilometers) Type C – Up To 1 At The Same Time, Minivan/Minivan (Mpv) – Per Day Unlimited Mileage; Type D – No More Than 1 At A Time, Small Goods Transporter – Daily Mileage Without Limitation; This Type – At Most 1 Box Van With Light Truck Driver At The Same Time – Daily Mileage Without Limitation; Type F - At The Same Time No More Than 1 Light-Duty Vehicle With A Platform Lifting Rear Wall With A Driver - Daily Mileage Without Limitation. Type G – At Most 1 At The Same Time, Min. 6-Passenger Minibus With No Daily Mileage Limit (Not Older Than 5 Years At The Time Of Handing Over To The Lessee) H Type – At Most 1 9-Passenger Minibus At The Same Time Without Daily Mileage Limitation (Not Older Than 5 Years At The Time Of Handing Over To The Lessee). Long-Term Lease: Putting Into Use And Taking Into Use The Quantity Of New, Previously Unused Vehicles Under A Long-Term Lease As Per Point 1. Short-Term Ad Hoc Rental: A Rental Relationship Created Under The Contract, With A Duration Of No More Than 15 And 180 Consecutive Calendar Days, Used On An Ad Hoc Basis, Which Is Created Based On The Written Order Of The Lessee And The Confirmation Of The Lessor, With The Provision Of A Driver In The Case Of Type E And F Vehicles. In The Case Of Types C-H, Regardless Of The Order Number, The Short-Term Pass Is Possible For 15 Consecutive Calendar Days Without Any Kilometer Restrictions. In The Case Of Type B, Regardless Of The Order Number, The Short-Term Pass Is Possible For 180 Consecutive Calendar Days Without Any Kilometer Restrictions. Vehicles To Be Handed Over To The Lessee Between May 1St And May 15Th, 2026 Based On Individual Contracts For Long-Term Leases: Type A 4 Cars, Vehicles To Be Handed Over To The Lessee Between August 1St And August 15Th, 2026: Type A 15 Cars. The Lessor Is Not Entitled To Advance Payment. The Duration Of The Permanent Pass Type Passes: 36 (Thirty-Six) Months From The Handover Of The Individual Vehicles To The Handover Of The Entire Amount Of Vehicles To The Lessee, The Expiry Of Which Period Is Also The Expiry Date Of The Framework Agreement. With A Unilateral Declaration No Later Than The 30Th (Thirtieth) Calendar Day Before The Expiration Of The Contract, The Tenant Is Entitled To Extend The Validity Of The Individual Contract For All Permanent Leases By 6 (Six) Months Pursuant To Section 141 (4) Of The Commercial Code. In Accordance With Point A). In The Case Of A Long-Term Pass, The Contracting Authority Undertakes To Draw The Full Amount
