A. Suedostlink Is A Network Expansion Project That Is Planned As An Underground Cable Connection By The Two Transmission System Operators Tennet Tso Gmbh And 50Hertz Gmbh And Is Being Implemented With A Voltage Level Of 525 Kv (Direct Voltage). The Federal Government Has Decided On The Need For Suedostlink And Enshrined It In The Federal Requirements Plan Act As Projects V5 And V5a. Project V5 Runs Between Wolmirstedt In Saxony-Anhalt And Isar Near Landshut. It Was Passed By The Bundestag In 2015 And Included In The Federal Requirements Plan Act With A Transmission Capacity Of 2 Gigawatts. In Order To Cover The Additional Transmission Requirement Of A Further 2 Gigawatts, The V5a Project Is Being Implemented From Klein Rogahn To Isar Near Landshut. When The Amendment Came Into Force In March 2021, Project 5A Was Included In The Federal Requirements Plan Act. The Transmission System Operator 50Hertz Is Responsible For The Line From Klein Rogahn To The Thuringia-Bavaria Border. In Bavaria, Tennet Is Planning And Building The Line From Münchenreuth, In The Hof District, To The Isar Network Connection Point In The Landshut District. In Bavaria, Suedostlink Is Divided Into The Individual Sections C1 (Münchenreuth To Marktredwitz), C2 (Marktredwitz To Pfreimd), D1 (Pfreimd To Nittenau), D2 (Nittenau To Pfatter), D3a (Pfatter To A92 At Isar) And D3b (Isar Converter Area). The Two Projects (V5 And V5a) Are Currently In The Planning Approval Process According To The Grid Expansion Acceleration Act (Nabeg) And The Energy Industry Act (Enwg). Due To The Possible Deviation Of The Actual Location Of The Line From The Approval Documents, A Revision Of The Intersection Books And Additional Security And Compensation For The Parcels Must Be Carried Out. This Order Involves Identifying The Deviations And Implementing Legal Measures Such As Documentation And Security. The Work Includes Comparing The Approval Planning With The As-Built Documentation, Creating Owner Site Plans For Temporary And Permanent Areas And Creating The Revised Intersection Booklets. In Addition To The Suedostlink, There Is A Similar Need For The Suedlink Project With Regard To The Revision Of The Intersection Books. The Suedlink Project Includes The Hvdc Transmission Corridor C Between The Northern Grid Connection Points Brunsbüttel And Wilster (Both Schleswig-Holstein) And The Southern Grid Connection Points Großartach (Baden-Württemberg) And Grafenrheinfeld (Bavaria). Two Land-Based High-Voltage Direct Current Transmission Systems (“Hvdc Transmission Systems” Or Individually “Hvdc Transmission Systems”), Each With 2 Gw Transmission Capacity, Are Planned In Transmission Corridor C: The Power Lines Of Both Projects Are To Be Constructed And Operated As Underground Cables In Accordance With Section 3 Bbplg.
