The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is The Provision Of Regular Services, Consisting In Ensuring The Functionality And Continuous Operation Of Buildings For The Irrigation Of Land Within The Brod-Bulhary-Valtice Irrigation System 1. Construction In Accordance With The Operating Regulations, Construction-Technical Documentation And Related Water Law Documents, In Accordance With The Relevant Provisions Of Act No. 254/2001 Coll., On Water And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws (Water Act), In Wording Of Later Regulations, Decree No. 225/2002 Coll., On The Detailed Definition Of Buildings For Water Management Improvement Of Land And Their Parts And The Method And Scope Of Their Care, In Accordance With The Relevant Part Of Technical Standards (Especially Tnv 75 4933, Tnv 75 4934, Čsn En 50 110-1 Ed.3), According To The Relevant Special Legal Regulations (E.G. Government Regulation No. 194/2022 Coll., On Professional Competence In Electrical Engineering, As Amended, Decree No. 216/2011 Coll., On The Requirements Of The Handling Regulations And Operating Regulations Of Water Works) And In Accordance With Other Legal Regulations Or Decisions Of Administrative Authorities Relating To The Care And Operation Of These Water Works In State Property And The Competence Of The State Land Office To Manage. The Subject Of Performance Is Also The Provision Of Services Related To The Provision Of Electricity Consumption Points And The Provision Of Electricity Supplies At A High Voltage Level For The Operation Of The Main Irrigation Facilities. The Subject Of Performance Is Also The Provision Of Selected Ad Hoc Services In The Event Of Equipment Breakdown Or Other Situations That Must Be Resolved Without Delay In Order To Ensure The Continuous Operation Of The Equipment.
