The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Selection Of A Contractor - An Intermediary In The Provision Of Snow Software License Management Software Or Equivalent To The Entities, Together With The Granting Of A License For This Software, Along With Technical Support And The Provision Of Consulting Support Services To The Contractor In The Scope Of The Manufacturers Software Provided. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Implementing The Sam System In Various Locations, Configurations And Different Delivery Times During The Term Of The Framework Agreement, In Accordance With The Order Applications Submitted By The Units, Therefore All Software Licenses Provided Must Be Transferable, I.E. Allow At Least The Connection, Division Or Expansion Of The Sam System And Any Assignment Of Licenses Between The Units Or Within The Units (E.G. In The Case Of Purchasing Subsequent Licenses). 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. The Subject Of The Order Carried Out Under The Implementing Contracts Concluded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Includes In Particular The Delivery To The Snow Software System Units Or Equivalent Software, And The Granting Of A License To Use The Software In The Amount Necessary To Run The Snow Software System Or Equivalent Software, Together With Additional Modules, Along With Technical Support For The Delivered Software, Provided On The Terms Specified In The Framework Agreement Template (Appendix No. 5 To The Swz) And Opz (Appendix No. 2 To Swz), As Well As Providing Consulting Support Services To The Contractor, To The Extent Specified In Point 6.1. Opz. 4. The List Of Entities That May Award Contracts Or For Which Orders May Be Awarded Is Attached As Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 5. Entities May Assert Their Rights Under The Guarantee Or Warranty Under The Conditions Specified In The Agreement. 6. The Meaning Of The Terms Used In The Swz Is Identical To The Definitions Adopted In The Template Of The Framework Agreement Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
