Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Procurement Of Implementation Planning For The Hinta Water Plant Expansion Of Oulun Vesi Business Plant. A New Water Treatment Plant Is Being Planned Next To The Hinta Water Plant Of Oulun Vesi. The Project Has Progressed To The Implementation Planning Phase. The Procurement Is Carried Out Through A Limited Procedure, In The First Stage Of Which Applications For Participation Are Requested. The Tender Request Is Sent To The Applicable Operators Who Have Signed The Confidentiality Agreement And The Security Condition (Appendix 1 And Appendix 2). The Photography Prohibition Agreements Of The Organization And The Employee Are Signed After The Bids With The Selected Supplier, And Are Included In The Request For Participation For Information.
