The Object Of The Contract Does Not Contravene Royal Decree 939/2005, Of July 29, Which Approves The General Collection Regulation, Which Establishes That Credit Institutions That Provide Cash Service Or That Are Collaborating Entities In The Collection Of Those Revenues That Have Not Been Entrusted To The Tax Agency, Do Not Grant Them The Status Of Collection Body.
