Event Services – Design, Construction, Assembly, Disassembly, Transportation, Storage And Maintenance Of The Stands That Will Represent Itacyl During Its Participation In The Fair Events: Alimentaria Barcelona, Salón De Gourmets, Salamaq And Fruit Attraction.. Law 7/2002, Of May 3, Creating The Agrarian Technological Institute Of Castilla Y León, States In Its Article 2.1 As Objectives, Powers And Functions, Literally: “The Institute Will Be In Charge Of The Autonomous Communitys Own Objectives Of Promoting The Activity Of The Agricultural Sector And Its Transformation Industries, By Promoting Technological Development And The Revitalization Of Initiatives That Involve New Productive Orientations Or Adaptation To The Market And To Their Demands For Quality And Competitiveness.” In Article 2.2 Of Law 7/2002, It Indicates The Powers That Correspond In Particular To It, And Among Them, Letter F) Of Said Precept Establishes: “The Promotion Of Agri-Food Products From Castilla Y León Without Prejudice To The Powers That The Department Competent In Agricultural And Agri-Food Matters May Exercise In This Same Area.” To Meet These Objectives, The Institute Considers It Necessary To Participate In Different Competitions And Fairs. In This Context, The Institute Plans To Participate In A Series Of Consolidated Food Fairs And Events, With The Aim Of Providing Support To Agri-Food Industries So That They Can Penetrate Certain National And International Marketing Circuits, To Which They Would Not Have Access On Their Own. By Resolution Of June 30, 2025, Of The General Director Of The Agrarian Technological Institute Of Castilla Y León, The Program Of Agri-Food Fairs And Exhibitions Is Approved For The Year 2026, To Which The Agrarian Technological Institute Of Castilla Y León Plans To Attend With An Institutional Stand In Which Co-Exhibitors May Participate. Among The Events Included In Said Resolution, The Bww (Barcelona Wine Week) Appears, But It Is Not The Subject Of The Contract Since The Bww Fair Organization Itself Obliges To Contract With Them The Service Of Design, Construction, Assembly, Disassembly, Transportation, Storage And Maintenance Of The Stands That Is Uniform For All Exhibitors. On The Other Hand, The Subject Of This Contract Is The Salamaq Fair, Which Is Not Included In The Aforementioned Resolution, Since No Co-Exhibitors Participate In Said Fair. In Order For Its Participation In The Different Events To Meet The Stated Objectives, The Institute Needs To Design, Build, Assemble, Dismantle, Transport, Store And Maintain The Stands Through Which It Will Articulate Said Participation.
