Austråtthallen Was Built In Several Construction Stages After The Year Of Construction 1992 And Consists Of A Sports Hall With Stands And Associated Changing Facilities. The Work To Be Carried Out Is Carried Out Respectively As A Call-Off On Existing Framework Agreements And As A Separate Contract. This Competition Concerns Subcontract E02 Ventilation Work. The Following Building-Related Works Are Included In The Contract: • Rigging And Operation For Own Works, • Demolition Of 3 Ventilation Units, • Delivery And Installation Of 2 Units To Replace Those Being Demolished, • Some Reconstruction Of The Existing Duct Network, And Installation Of New Vavs • New Extractors And Supply Air Grilles Estimated Contract Value Is Nok 2.6 Million Excl. Vat The Construction Site Is Austråtthallen, Iglemyrveien 3, 4325 Sandnes. The Construction Work Will Start On 7 April 2026. The Sports Hall Will Be Closed And Not In Use During The Period 7 April – 19 June 2026. The Work Must Be Carried Out During The Period The Building Is Closed. The Contractor Must Have The Capacity To Complete The Contract Work By 19 June 2026 (Deadline).
