The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Demolition Of Three Buildings As Part Of One Task, Which Includes The Following Items: 1. Main Building2. Outbuilding With A Shelter;3. Kayak Hangarthe Subject Of The Order Is The Demolition Of Buildings Forming One Tourist And Recreation Facility. Due To The Functional Connections Between The Facilities And The Need To Maintain Organizational And Technological Coherence Of Demolition Works, The Execution Of The Order As A Whole By One Contractor Is Justified. Dividing The Order Into Parts Could Lead To Difficulties In Coordinating Activities, Increasing The Risk Of Schedule Clashes And Discrepancies In The Methods Of Demolition And Securing The Area. From The Point Of View Of Economy, Entrusting A Task To One Contractor Allows For Cost Optimization, More Effective Resource Management And Reduction Of The Costs Of Mobilizing Equipment And Personnel. The Order In Its Current Form Ensures Efficient, Safe And Economically Justified Implementation Of Demolition Works. The Scope Of Works Includes: A) Demolition Based On The Certificate Issued By The Mayor Of Ruda Śląska. B) Preparation Of The Demolition Area The Arrangements Contained In This Specification Concern The Principles Of Carrying Out Works Related To The Preparation Of The Construction Site. The Following Works Are Expected To Be Carried Out As Part Of The Construction Works:• Securing The Construction Site, I.E. The Demolition Area;• Preparing Places For Storing Materials And Demolition Waste;• Preparing Parking Spaces For Mechanized Construction Equipment;• Organizing Accesses And Pedestrian Crossings;• Preparing Construction Site Facilities;• Preparing Installations Supplying Power To The Construction/Demolition Site. The Technical Solutions Constituting The Basis For The Execution Of The Above-Mentioned Works Should Be Developed By The Contractor, Taking Into Account The Course Of Work, The Technical Solutions Of Which Have Been Given.
