Preventive Care In The Field Of Occupational Medicine For Employees Of The Krakow University Of Technology: Initial, Periodic And Check-Up Examinations, Including Those Working In Harmful, Burdensome Or Dangerous Conditions, In Particular: 1. Recognizing And Assessing Factors Occurring In The Work Environment And Methods Of Performing Work That May Have A Negative Impact On Health, Recognizing And Assessing Occupational Risk In The Work Environment And Informing Employers And Employees Of The Possibility Of Adverse Health Effects Resulting From It, 2. Providing Employees With Advice On The Organization Work, Ergonomics, Physiology And Psychology Of Work, 3. Conducting Medical Examinations Of Employees And Issuing Medical Certificates For The Purposes Provided For In The Labor Code. Issuing Decisions On The Need To Grant An Academic Teacher Paid Leave For Health Reasons, In Accordance With The Act Of July 20, 2018, Law On Higher Education And Science (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1571, As Amended) 4. Conducting Consulting, Diagnostic And Adjudicating Activities In The Field Of Occupational Pathology, 5. Conducting Active Counseling In Relation To Patients Suffering From Occupational Diseases Or Other Work-Related Diseases, 6. Monitoring The Health Of People Included In Special Risk Groups, Especially People Working In Conditions Where Hygiene Standards Are Exceeded, Adolescents, Disabled People And Women Of Reproductive Age And Pregnant Women, 7. Providing And Organizing First Medical Aid For Employees And Students Of The Krakow University Of Technology In The Event Of Sudden Illnesses And Accidents In Accordance With Art. 6. Section 1 Point 4 Of The Act On Occupational Health Services, After The Injured Party Reports To An Occupational Medicine Clinic, 8. Ensuring The Participation Of The Doctor Providing Health Care For Employees In The Occupational Health And Safety Committee Operating On The Premises Of The Workplace Four Times A Year, On A Date Agreed By Both Parties, 9. Ensuring The Possibility Of Inspecting Work Stations In Order To Assess Working Conditions Four Times A Year. 10. Performing Preventive Preliminary, Periodic And Control Examinations Provided For In The Labor Code, Including Examinations Aimed At Determining The Possibility Of Performing The Current Job If The Employee Reports The Need For Such Examination Beyond The Deadlines Resulting From The Frequency Of Periodic Examinations (E.G. Preventive Ophthalmological Examinations Of The Employee In The Event Of Deterioration Of The Employees Eyesight, Examinations In The Event Of An Occupational Disease Being Diagnosed In The Employee), 11. Issuing Medical Certificates For The Purposes Specified In The Labor Code And In The Implementing Regulations Issued On Its Basis, Including: A) No Health Contraindications To Work In A Specific Position, B) Health Contraindications To Work In A Specific Position. 12.
