Tenders Are Invited For Snow Removal And Slippery Removal Services On The Streets Of Białogard In The 2025/2026 Season

1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Related To The Winter Campaign On The Streets Of Białogard In The 2025/2026 Season, Including: Clearing Snow From The Road And Eliminating Winter Slipperiness (Black Ice) By Sprinkling The Road With Roughening Materials - These Materials Are Provided By The Contractor; 1.1 The List Of Streets Subject To Snow Removal Is Included In Annex No. 9 To Swz.1.2 Additional Requirements: A) Snow Removal From The Streets Should Be Done In Such A Way That Pedestrian Crossings Are Not Blocked By Snow Banks, Allowing Pedestrians To Cross The Streets Freely; B) The Required Quantitative Composition Of The Salt-Sand Mixture Must Contain 35% Salt, And The Mixture Consumption Must Be 100 G Per 1 M 2 Of Surface; C) Activities Related To Snow Removal From The Streets Will Be Performed From 4:00 A.M., With The Proviso That For The First Time The Activities Covered By The Order Will Start After Prior Notification To The Contractor By The Ordering Party. Additional Activities (In The Event Of Heavy Rainfall Necessitating Repeated Snow Removal) Will Take Place: On Working Days (Monday To Friday) - Upon Written Or Telephone Order Of The Ordering Party, On Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays - Based On The Contractors Justified Decision After Prior Telephone Notification Of The Ordering Partys Representative; Routes, Which Will Be Made Available To The Ordering Party Within 7 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 1.3 The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Have Communication With The Contractor (Mobile Phone) At Any Time Of The Day Or Night. 1.4 The Contractor Is Obliged To Insure Himself Against Civil Liability In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order, Against Damages That May Occur In Connection With Random Events And Against Civil Liability Throughout The Duration Of The Contract.
