Henryka Sienkiewicza 11/13, 05-510 Konstancin-Jeziorna (2 Servers).1. The Contractor Undertakes To Implement The Subject Of The Agreement Using Its Own Efforts And At Its Own Expense Within The Time Specified In The Contractors Offer, From The Date Of Signing The Agreement.2. The Contractor Declares That The Supplied Equipment Is Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Comes From Production No Earlier Than 2024.3. The Contractor Declares That The Supplied Equipment Has Up-To-Date Firmware.4. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Agreement, The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Deliver, Unload, Assemble, Install And Start Up The Equipment At The Ordering Partys Headquarters And In The Data Processing Center In Konstancin-Jeziorna, 2) Make The Necessary Logical Connections Between The Supplied Equipment And The Existing System Elements And Configure All Delivered Devices In The Ordering Partys Environment (Vmware), 3) Perform Integration With The Ordering Partys Network Environment, 4) Optimize The Operation Of The Server Environment In Terms Of Performance And Availability, 5) Provide 10 Hours Post-Implementation Consultations At The Site Of Server Installation, Provided Between 8:00 A.M. And 4:00 P.M. On Dates Indicated By The Ordering Party Within A Period Of 6 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol By Both Parties, 6) Development Of Post-Implementation Documentation Containing: A Detailed Description Of The Installation And Configuration Activities Performed, Serial Numbers Of The Delivered Devices, Connection Diagrams Of The Delivered Devices To The Existing Structure, Technical Description Of The Device Configuration. The Documentation Will Be Sent To The Ordering Party Before Signing The Acceptance Protocol To The Email Address: [email protected]. The Contractor Will Present To The Ordering Party, Within 7 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement, A Detailed Schedule Of Works Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Agreement And Obtain Its Acceptance By The Ordering Party. Warranty And Service Conditions: 1. 3-Year Manufacturers Warranty For The Equipment Being The Subject Of The Order.2. As Part Of The Granted Warranty, The Contractor Will Provide: 1) Access To The Manufacturers Technical Assistance In Solving Problems Related To The Current Operation Of The Solutions Provided During The Ordering Partys Working Hours; 2) The Right To Submit Reports Directly To The Manufacturer; 3) Failure Removal Time - Up To 24 Hours From The Moment Of Reporting The Failure. 3. Possibility Of Extending The Warranty By The Manufacturer To 7 Years.4. It Is Required To Attach A Statement From The Manufacturer To The Offer Confirming That The Device Service Will Be Performed Directly By The Manufacturer And/Or In Cooperation With The Manuf
