Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of A Drinking Water Tanker With A Tractor. Retrofitting The Storage Base With Equipment Necessary To Carry Out Tasks In Crisis Situations And Ensuring Continuity Of Drinking Water Supplies

1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Drinking Water Tanker With A Tractor. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed From The State Budget Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For The Years 2025-20263. The Contractor Must Offer The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With At Least The Minimum Technical And Operational Requirements Specified In Annex No. 5 To Swz4. The Contractor Must Ensure The Execution Of The Order Within The Time Specified In Chapter 4,5. The Contractor Must Offer A Warranty Of At Least The Minimum Level: Tractor 24 Months, Drinking Water Tanker - 12 Months. 6. The Subject Of Delivery Should Be Brand New, Bearing No Traces Of Use, Complete, Characterized By Technical Parameters Specified In The Specification Of The Order Terms, Free From Physical Defects, Including Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects, Ready And Fit For Use, Not Encumbered With Rights In Favor Of Third Parties And Not Subject To Any Proceedings Or Security. 7. The Technical And Qualitative Features Of The Subject Of The Order Should Comply With Polish Standards Transposing European Standards Or Standards Of Other Member States Of The European Economic Area8. If Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Used In The Swz Or Its Annexes, In Particular In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, They Are Only Of An Exemplary Nature And Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Deliveries Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. It Should Be Assumed That They Constitute Only Indications And Are Intended Only To Clarify The Level Of The Ordering Partys Expectations In Relation To A Specific Solution, And The Contractor Is Not Obliged To Apply Them. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, Where The Subject Of The Order Is Described Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Furthermore, All Such References Should Be Deemed To Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Indication Of The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act And On The Principles Specified Therein Rests With The Contractor. In The Case Of Description Using Standards, Equivalent Solutions Are Considered To Be Those That Ensure That The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Standard Are Met At A Level Not Worse Than That Described In The Relevant Standards. In The Case Of Standards Referred To In The Swz (Unless Specified In Detail), Current Standards Are Understood.
