Schinzla 13 In Sandomierz For A Period Of 12 Months In The Following Scope:1. 24 Hours A Day, Every Day Of The Week, Sanitary Transport With A Driver In An A2 Type Ambulance For Patient Transport, Meeting The Technical And Quality Features Specified In The Currently Applicable Polish Standard Transposing European Harmonized Standards.2. Sanitary Transport In The Hospital Treatment Of Patients Hospitalized By The Ordering Party In Order To Maintain Continuity Of Treatment Or To Immediately Start Treatment With Another Service Provider, A Team Meeting The Standards Of A Specialized Emergency Medical Team With Personnel And Equipment In Accordance With The Applicable Regulation Of The Minister Of Health On Guaranteed Benefits In The Field Of Emergency Medical Services And The Requirements Specified By The Payer Of Public Health Services (The Ordering Party Will Each Time Provide A Doctor For The Team) Or A Team Meeting Standards Of The Basic Emergency Medical Team With Personnel And Equipment In Accordance With The Applicable Regulation Of The Minister Of Health On Guaranteed Services In The Field Of Emergency Medical Services And The Requirements Specified By The Payer Of Public Health Services, Depending On The Needs Reported By The Ordering Party.
