Tenders Are Invited For Providing Protection Services For People, Facilities And Property At The District Court In Łomża

Part I – Providing Protection Services For People, Facilities And Property And Monitoring Threats In The Building Of The District Court In Łomża, Ul. Polowa 1. Protection Of People, Facilities And Property: A) Physical Protection At 7:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. From Monday To Friday - Two (2) Uniformed Qualified Security Staff In The Command Center (Constant Observation Of Monitors Showing Images From Industrial Cameras Located In The District Court In Łomża And The Regional Criminal Department In Kolno) And At The Column Metal Detector And Baggage Screening Device. B) From 8:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. From Monday To Friday In The Months From January To April And From October To December (7 Months A Year) One (1) Locker Room Employee Performing Security Tasks To The Extent That Does Not Require Entry On The List Of Qualified Employees. C) Provision Of Additional Security Services For Persons, Facilities And Property By One Qualified Security Employee, After The Courts Opening Hours And On Days Off From The Courts Opening Hours, In The Event Of A Justified Need To Access The Building At A Time Other Than That Specified In Point A, After Prior Telephone Notification Of The Need For Such Protection. The Number Of Hours Indicated In The Price Form Is An Estimate And May Change During The Duration Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Claim Compensation In The Event Of Failure To Provide The Additional Security Service Specified During The Contract Period. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With A List Of Persons Authorized To Make Such A Notification, Along With The Assigned Passwords, On The Day The Contract Is Signed. After Opening The Building And Turning Off The Alarm, The Contractors Employee Should Be Present In The Ordering Partys Command Center Until The Ordering Party Completes The Activities. After Completing The Work, The Contractor Activates The Alarm And Locks The Building. D) The Keys To The Building Are Kept In The Contractor/Subcontractor Monitoring Center. E) The Ordering Party Employs In The Building At Ul. Polowa In Łomża - Up To 120 People. Monitoring Alarm Signals About The Following Threats: A) Burglary - From Switching On To Switching Off The Alarm System. B) Attack - 24 Hours A Day. C) Fire - 24 Hours A Day. With The Intervention Of An Intervention Group (Two-Person Patrol Of Qualified Employees). Monitoring By The Alarm Monitoring Center Of The Local Alarm System In The Protected Facility By Constantly, Actively Observing The Signal Received From The Facility And, In The Event Of Receiving An Alarm Signal, Notifying The Ordering Party About It.
