Maintenance Work On The Grounds Of The Properties Managed By The North Ostrobothnia Welfare Region (Pohde) In The Following Areas: - Oulu University Hospital (Oys) Main Hospital Area - Helicopter Field (Roof Field Of Building B) - Radiation Hospital Area (E) - Peltola Psychiatric Unit Area And Konsti Developmental Disability Care Area - Rauhapark Area - Huuhkajapuisto Area The Service Includes E.G. Snow Work In Outdoor Areas, Cutting Lawns, Watering Flowers And Spring And Autumn Cleaning Of Areas, As Well As Daily General Maintenance Of Yard Areas. A More Detailed Service Description Is In A Separate Appendix (Appendix 1) And Maps Of The Yard Areas (Appendices 2 And 3). The Service Also Includes Washing The Parking Garages (Avohoitotalo, Kuuraparkki And Rauhaparkki). The Quantities Indicated In The Request For Tender Are The Estimated Quantities For The Procurement Period (=2 Years), Which Are Used In The Comparison. Work Is Done As Needed. The Contract Is Made With One Supplier. The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, Because The Aforementioned Areas Form One Entity In The Same Area, Which Is Appropriate To Concentrate On One Supplier. The Presentation Of The Regions Will Take Place On 10 November 2025 At 9.30-11.00. 1-2 People/Company Can Participate In The Familiarization Visit.
