Workwear Accessories - Request For Offer Vr Yhtymä Oyj, Personal Protective Equipment. The Object Of The Acquisition Is The Personal Protective Equipment Used By Vr-Yhtymä Oyj (Hereafter Vr). Personal Protective Equipment Is A Device Designed And Manufactured To Be Used Or Held By A Person To Protect Against One Or More Risks To Their Health Or Safety (Personal Protective Equipment Regulation Eu 2016/425). Personal Protective Equipment In This Tender Includes, For Example, Helmets, Respirators, Hearing Protection, Eye Protection And Gloves. The Goal Of The Procurement Contract Is For The Supplier To Supply Personal Protective Equipment To The Companies Of The Vr Group In Finland In A Professional Manner, On Time And As Error-Free As Possible, As Well As Cost-Effectively. Deliveries Are Delivered Based On Orders Or Are Shelved At Vr Offices In Several Different Locations In Finland As Part Of A Comprehensive Personal Protective Equipment Service (E.G. Versatile Product Representation, Shelving Service, Smart Lockers, Catalog Sales, Product Guidance And Training). The Planned Storage Locations For Personal Protective Equipment Are Listed In Appendix 1.1. During The Contract Period, The Customer Has The Option To Increase Or Decrease The Number Of Smart Cabinets And Shelving Services During The Contract Period. The Object Of Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Annexes Of The Request For Tenders, Especially In Appendix 1 Description Of The Object Of Procurement. On The Basis Of This Tender, A Framework Arrangement Will Be Formed, For Which One (1) Supplier Will Be Selected. The Purpose Is That The Procurement Contract Is Signed With The Winning Bidder Immediately After The Waiting And Appeal Period For The Procurement Decision. The Goal Is For The Contract Period To Start On April 1, 2026 And Be Valid For Three (3) Years. After This, The Procurement Entity Has The Right To Extend The Contract Three (3) Times, With An Option Period Of One (1) Year. The Maximum Duration Of The Contract, Including Options, Can Be Six (6) Years. This Is A Final Request For Tenders And The Tenders Submitted Are Final And Binding On The Tenderers. The Total Maximum Amount Of Procurements That May Be Made On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Referred To In Section 45, Subsection 2 Of The Special Fields Procurement Act During The Entire Contract Period (Including Any Option Periods) Is €900,000 (Vat 0%). The Anticipated Value Described In The Procurement Notice Corresponds To The Maximum Value Mentioned Here. The Realized Value Of The Acquisition May Therefore Also Be Lower Than The Value Stated Here. For The Sake Of Clarity, It Is Stated That The Value Stated Here Has Been Calculated On The Basis Of Six (6) Years, Including The Option Periods.
