The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of Fourteen Pieces Of Brand New Mobile Water Treatment Stations. 2. The Supply Of Mobile Water Treatment Stations Is Co-Financed Under The Program Implementation Of The Olive And Oc Program In 2025 In Zgiers County Within The Scope Of Own Tasks. 4. Detailed Guidelines Regarding The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In: 1) Draft Contract - Annex No. 4 To The Swz; 2) Detailed Description Of The Order - Annex No. 5 To Swz 5. The Ordering Party Reserves That Wherever The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or Detailed Processes That Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Allows Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc. Equivalent To Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. It Is Allowed To Use Any Equivalent Market Equivalents With Properties Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Parameters Of The Indicated Standard Define The Minimum Technical, Operational, Utility, Quality And Functional Conditions To Be Met By The Subject Of The Order. The Indicated Trademarks, Patents, Brands Or Manufacturers Names Or Sources Or Specific Processes Indicating The Origin Only Determine The Class Of The Product, Method, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc. The Contractor May Adopt Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc. Of Other Brands And Manufacturers, But With Technical, Quality Parameters And Performance And Functional Properties Corresponding To The Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies Described By The Ordering Party. 6. The Ordering Party Informs That If The Subject Of The Order Refers To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Will Not Reject The Offer Just Because The Deliveries That Are The Subject Of The Offer Are Not Compliant With The Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems To Which It Refers, If The Contractor Proves In The Offer, In Particular By Means Referred To In Art. 105 Section 1 Of The Act That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 7. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Refers To The Performance Or Functional Requirements Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Act, The Ordering Party May Not Reject An Offer In Accordance With: A Polish Standard Transposing A European Standard, Standards Of Other Member States Of The European Economic Area Transposing European Standards, With A European Technical Approval, With A Common Technical Specification, With An International Standard Or A Technical Reference System Established By A European Standardization Body, If These Standards, Approvals, Specifications And Technical Reference Systems
