Tenders are invited for Acquisition of Secure Securities and Instruments The General Secretariat of the Government invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified candidates for the acquisition of secure securities and instruments through framework agreements with purchase orders for the benefit of various ministerial departments, in two (2) separate lots: Lot 1 Supply of payment letters for the Ministry of Economy and Finance; Lot 2 Supply of firearms permits for the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Decentralization; Payment of a non-refundable fee of two million Guinean Francs (2,000,000 GNF) . The payment method will be: ü 50% to the Central Treasury Receivers account under No. 2011000136; ü 30% to the ARMP account on account No. BCRG 2011000407; ü 20% to the account of the Contracting Authority . 8. Bids must include a regulatory fee of 0.60% of the pre-tax amount of the contract to be paid into the ARMPs account in accordance with the provisions of the Decree D/2020/154/PRG/SGG of 10 July 2020, on the attributions, organisation and functioning of the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (ARMP) and the Joint Order A/2304/MEF/MB/SGG of 07 August 2020 on the terms and conditions for the payment of the regulatory fee and the share of the proceeds from the sale (or sale price) of the tender documents, attached as an annex to this Tender Documents.
