Expression of Interest for External Financial Audit Services of ISP-CAPEM Accounts (Fiscal Years 2024, 2025 and 2026) The services under this assignment include the independent financial audit of the ISPCAPEM project accounts for fiscal years 2024, 2025 and 2026, in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) or ISSAIs. The audit will cover the verification of project financial statements, review of use of funds and compliance with AfDB rules, reconciliation of accounts, review of assets, and issuance of audit reports and management letters. The audits shall be completed, and the reports submitted no later than 30 June 2026 for 2024 and 2025 financial year and 30 June 2027 for 2026 fiscal year. The Ministry of Economy and Finance, through the ISP-CAPEM Project Implementation Unit, now invites eligible consultants (audit firms) to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (description of similar experience of the firm, specific experience in donor-funded projects, regional/country experience, capacity to deliver in required languages and timelines, availability of appropriate skills among staff). Consultants may constitute joint ventures to enhance their qualifications.
