Tenders are invited for Construction of MHPSS Clinic in Nasser Complex MAP (Medical Aid for Palestinians) announces a call for bids to establish a psychosocial support clinic in Nasser Complex, according to the terms and specifications outlined in the tender documents. Specialized companies wishing to participate can fill out the attached forms according to the following conditions: · The bidding company must possess a valid commercial registration certificate and be classified as a Grade 2 or higher construction contractor, and must be ranked second with the Palestinian Contractors Union. Proof of this must be included with the price quotation. · Prices must be in dollars based on a zero invoice. · The party awarded the tender, or part thereof, must submit a withholding tax certificate. If the supplier fails to submit this certificate, 10% of the contract value or invoice will be withheld and transferred to the Palestinian Tax Authority. · Prices must be all-inclusive, including shipping, inspection, and delivery costs to the specified area in southern Gaza City. · Prices must be valid for at least 90 days from the date of bid submission. · MAP Medical Aid for Palestinians is not obligated to offer the lowest prices without giving reasons. · A preliminary meeting will be held on Sunday, 02/11/2025 at 10:00 AM at Nasser Medical Complex. The meeting will be followed by a field visit to the project site (each participant is responsible for arranging their own transportation) . · Those wishing to participate and receive a copy of the tender documents must send an email to rawia.alhendi@map-uk.org before 02/11/2025 containing the following details : company name, representatives name, and the representatives WhatsApp number. The email subject line must include the tender number. · The deadline for submitting technical and financial price offers by email below to the Procurement Department of MAP Medical Aid for Palestinians is no later than 12:00 PM on Sunday, November 9, 2025. A hard copy must also be submitted in a sealed envelope with the financial offer and delivered by hand to the following address : Main Office Deir al-Balah, Al-Baraka Street, Abu Asaad Villa .
