Request for proposals for Maintenance of Ups, CCTV, Videos Phones, Biometric, Access Control, Fire Extinguishers and Fire Alarm System The pre-bid meeting and site visit shall be on 27th October 2025 for ICT MAINTENANCE AND UPS, CCTV BAC etc. and 28 th October 2025 for Internet Back Up Services at 11:00 in COSL Conference Room at Hill Station in Freetown. 3. The Closing date for these bids is 6 th November 2025 at 15:00 hours local time in Sierra Leone. It is the responsibility of the Bidders to ensure that the bids reach and arrive at the Banks offices on time, and any late bids will not be considered by the Bank.
