The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Creation Of A Conceptual Project For The Improvement Of Public Spaces With Scope: The Territory Located Between The Two Main Entrances To The Youth Hill Park - The Eastern Entrance And The Southwestern Approach From The Area With The Tennis Courts. The Scope Of The Development Includes The Southern Part Of Pi 56784.522.2334 (Property Type Municipal Public, Territory Type Urbanized, Ntp Public Settlement Park, Garden, Area 331873 Sq. M), Pi 56784.522.952 (Property Type Private, Territory Type Urbanized, Ntp Low-Rise Development (Up To 10 M), Area 6462 Sq. M), Pi 56784.522.3095 (Type Of Property Private, Type Of Territory Urbanized, Ntp Low-Rise Development (Up To 10 M), Area 1002 Sq. M), Pi 56784.522.2332 (Type Of Property Municipal Public, Type Of Territory Urbanized, Ntp Low-Rise Development (Up To 10 M), Area 1969 Sq. M). The Competition Is Held With The Aim Of Acquiring A Conceptual Design - A Basis For Awarding Subsequent Design In The Technical Design Phase. The Participant, Who Will Be Ranked First, Will Be Sent An Invitation To Participate In Negotiations Without Notice (In Accordance With Art. 79, Para. 1, Item 9 Of The Civil Procedure Code) For Awarding A Public Order For A Service - Development Of An Investment Project. Purpose Of The Competition: • Determination Of Functional Areas; • Designing Pedestrian Walkways And Sidewalks, Green Areas, Rest And Recreation Areas, Childrens And Sports Grounds, Parking Spaces, Etc. • Ensuring An Accessible Architectural Environment Related To The Above Objects, Including Access For People With Disabilities; • Provision Of Benches, Gazebos And Other Elements Of Park Furniture And Elements Of Urban Design; • Designing A Route For An Irrigation System With Wiring Within The Scope Of The Project. The Above Does Not Exhaust The Ideas And Possibilities For Technical Solutions In The Execution Of The Order. Each Contractor Has The Freedom To Use His Knowledge, Skills And Experience In Investment Design, Subject To Compliance With The Design Assignment And The Applicable Standards And Regulations.
