Pelplin – Stage I. 1. The Subject Of The Order In This Procedure Is The Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building C Along With Technical Infrastructure And Land Development At Ul. Starogardzka In Rożental On Plot 221404_5.0008.215/3. The Order Includes The Construction Of: A. A Multi-Family Residential Building With Accompanying Infrastructure With Three Above-Ground Usable Floors And A Fourth Non-Utility Floor With A Steep Roof And No Basement. A Total Of 21 Apartments Were Designed On The Above-Ground Floors. Technical Rooms Were Designed On The Ground Floor Of All Buildings. Storage Units Have Been Designed In All Buildings. The Building Was Designed As A Single-Staircase Building, Without A Basement, With A Gable Roof With Dormers. A Passenger Lift Was Designed In The Building. A Compact Body, On A Rectangular Plan, The Structural System Was Built Using The Traditional Method, Using A System Of Load-Bearing Walls And Ceilings Working In Two Directions. B. Land Development Including The Construction Of Internal Roads, All Connections Provided For In The Design Documentation, A Playground And Small Architecture, Removal Of Possible Collisions. C. The Scope Of The Basic Order Is Described In The Drawing - Pelplin Staging - Annex No. 13 To The Swz. D. If External Installations Have Been Designed In The Development Area To Be Implemented As Part Of Stage I, The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement Them Regardless Of Whether They Are Necessary For The Operation Of The Building Implemented In Stage I. The Purpose Of This Obligation Is To Avoid The Need To Interfere With The Development Of The Area In The Future. 2. The Order Covers The Execution Of All Works Leading To A State Consistent With The Design Documentation And Stwiorb, The Provisions Of The Swz And The Contract Regarding The Multi-Family Residential Building C Together With Technical Infrastructure And Land Development, As Well As The Construction Of Two Solid Waste Collection Sites (Garbage Shelters) And A Playground For Children At Ul. Starogardzka In Rożental, Along With The Necessary Connections And Installations: Water, Including Hot Utility Water With Circulation, Sanitary Sewage System, Heat Pump, Rainwater Drainage System, Electrical Installation, Photovoltaic Installation, External Lighting Installation, Telecommunications Installation, Fire Protection Switch, Lightning Protection Installation, Ventilation Installation. The Cooperation Of Heat Sources And The Photovoltaic Installation With The Inverter Should Be Ensured By A Fully Automated Automation And Intelligent Control System, Connecting Individual Heat Sources With The Grid And Renewable Energy Sources. In Addition, The Scope Of The Order Includes The Development Of Adjacent Areas, Including Hardening Of Access Roads To Buildings, Fencing, Green Areas And A Playground, External Lighting Of Facilities, Green Areas And Parking Lots, Photovoltaic Installation Along With The Construction Of Access And Fire Roads, Parking Spaces For Passenger Cars, Including For Disabled People.
