Kasprowicza 46,2) Planned Number Of Transported Students: 19 + 2 Guardians,3) Planned Daily Length Of The Route 28 Km, Transport Of Students At 8:00, Pick-Up Approx. 1,500 4) Planned Annual Number Of Km - 5,236. The Task In Parts 1, 2, 3 And 6 Will Be Carried Out On School Days In The Calendar Year 2026, The Task In Parts 4 And 5 Will Be Carried Out Throughout The Calendar Year 2026 Except For One Holiday Month (July Or August). Requirements For The Vehicles Used To Provide The Service: 1) Vehicles Used To Transport Disabled Children Must Be Adapted To Transport Of Disabled Children In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251) And The Implementing Provisions To The Act. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Transport For A Person Using A Wheelchair. The Contractor Is Obliged To Equip The Vehicle With Means Of Communication (Mobile Phone).2) The Contractor Should Have Drivers With Appropriate Professional Qualifications.3) The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For Ensuring Safe And Hygienic Conditions For The Transport Of Children And Their Guardian(S) And Undertakes To Insure Passengers Against The Consequences Of Accidents And Bear The Related Costs.4) In The Event Of A Vehicle Breakdown, The Contractor Should Provide Replacement Transport That Meets The Requirements Specified In Point (A). A Note! In The Event Of A Vehicle Failure, The Contractor Will Provide, For The Duration Of Its Repair, Another Vehicle That Meets The Requirements Of The Euro Exhaust Emission Standard, At Least As Good As The Vehicle Being Replaced. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Legal Title To The Means Of Transport At Its Disposal: The Legal Title May Be, Among Others, Ownership Right Or Rental Agreement Or Leasing Agreement Or Any Other Civil Law Agreement Allowing The Contractor To Use The Vehicle With Valid Registration Certificates, Third Party Liability Insurance And Accident Insurance.
