Słowackiego 17 Along With Obtaining The Necessary Permits For The Investment In Question, Including: 1) Demolition Of: A) The Vegetation Hall Building, B) Three Greenhouses, C) Two Steel Structures Covered With Mesh On Each Side Along With Foundations, D) Buildings Garages With Concrete Partitions Placed On The Foundation And Adjacent Storage Areas With Openwork Walls, E) A Building For The Storage Of Ornamental Plants, F) Two Foil Tunnels, G) A Storage Hall, H) A Transformer Station - After Agreeing On Its Relocation To A New Location, I) A Mesh Fence On Steel Posts With Foundations, J) A Concrete Surface - Respectively, The Access Road To The Vegetation Hall From Ul. Pope Paul Vi, A Parking Lot Adjacent To The Road And A Maneuvering And Communication Square; 2) Construction Of: A) The Economic Building Of The Experimental Station - Vegetation Hall, B) A Steel Structure, Meshed On Each Side With Infrastructure For Drought Research, Partitions For Storing Substrate Mixtures, A Composter And Internal Communication Routes, C) Infrastructure For The Area Intended For Carrying Out Precise Soil Experiments (Including: Lysimeters, Stations Weather With Sensors Located On The Premises Of The Experimental Station), D) Infrastructure For A Collection Of Ornamental Plants With A New Foil Tunnel, E) A Building With A Scientific And Didactic Function, F) A Greenhouse Facility, G) A Teaching And Exhibition Center For Renewable Energy And Precision Agriculture, H) Development Of The Remaining Area Including Felling Of Trees, Fencing Of The Experimental Station And A Transformer Station In A Changed Location; 3) Obtaining The Opinions, Agreements And Permits Required By Law, In To The Extent That The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order Will Require It; 4) Providing The Ordering Party With Substantive Support At The Stage Of Conducting The Procedure(S) For The Award Of A Public Procurement Contract For Construction Works Regarding The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Prepared And Issued To The Ordering Party In The Execution Of This Order During The Warranty Period Declared In The Offer, But Not Less Than 48 Months From The Date Of Issuance And Receipt Of The Entire Design And Cost Estimate Documentation By The Ordering Party.
