1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works (According To The Act) Consisting In The Construction Of External Lighting At The Forest School Complex In Rogoziniec (Rogoziniec 115/2, 66-210 Zbąszynek) - All Construction Works Are Located On The Plot No. 100/17. On The Ordering Partys Premises There Is Existing Lighting, Powered And Metered From The Low-Voltage Switchgear Of The Transformer Station. This Lighting Remains Unchanged. The Scope Of Work Includes The Construction Of New External Lighting Powered And Controlled From The Schools Rg Switchboard. The Schools Rg Switchgear Is Located In The Basement Of The School Building.2. The Detailed Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: 1) Expansion Of The Existing Switchboard, 2) Dismantling Of The Concrete Block Surface, 3) Laying Cabling, 4) Laying Hoop Strips At The Bottom Of The Excavation, 5) Installation Of Lighting Poles (Aluminum) With Lighting Fixtures (10 Sets In Total), 6) Making Connections, Including Connecting The Hoop Strip, 7) Making A Concrete Block Surface, 8) Performing Lighting Measurements Road And Grounding Measurements,9) Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works. In Addition, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will, Among Others: 1) Be Responsible For The Entire Order, Including The Course And Timely Execution Of The Order, For Quality, Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Specified For The Subject Of The Order, 2) Will Develop As-Built Documentation (Including Protocols, Approval Certificates, Approvals, Information On The Granted Warranty), 3) Will Assume Responsibility For Any Damage Caused By Its Employees, Persons Acting On Its Behalf, Including For Cases Of Bodily Injury Or Property Damage Caused By Action Or Omission During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract, To The Extent Provided For By The Civil Code And As A Result Of Non-Compliance With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations.4) Will Perform The Work In A Way That Does Not Create Difficulties In Vehicle Traffic, Through All Types Of Protection And Marking Of Danger Places, In Accordance With The Standards And Regulations In Force In Land Traffic.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz, Which Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Technical Description With A Drawing Part, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwiorb), 3) Bill Of Quantities, - Also Hereinafter Referred To As Design Documentation.
