Description Of The Existing Conditionthe Building Covered By The Study Is A Single-Story Building, Without A Basement, Covered With A Ventilated Flat Roof. Flat Roof Made Of Trough Slabs On Openwork Brick Walls. The Walls Are Made Of Aerated Concrete Blocks, The Ceiling Above The Ground Floor Is Made Of Hollow Core Slabs. 3. Scope Of Construction Works.• Demolition Works,• Insulation Of Pipelines,• Replacement Of Existing Solar Collectors Of The Solar Installation,4. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Following Activities And Obligations: • The Contractor Is Obliged To Protect Against Access By Third Parties, In Particular Convicted Persons Placed In The Jasło Prison, During The Period Of Their Implementation Until Completion. The Cost Of Security Is Not Subject To Separate Payment, It Is Borne By The Contractor And Included In The Price Included In The Contract.• Acceptance By The Contractor Of Full Responsibility For The Materials, Tools And Devices Located On The Construction Site, And For The Safety Of People On The Construction Site,• Securing Property, Floors, Communication Routes, Etc. Near The Work Site,• Clean-Up Works After The Completion Of The Works.The Contractor Should Plan To Carry Out An On-Site Inspection At The Place Of Work In Order To Estimate The Costs And Risks On His Own Responsibility And Obtain Any Data That May Be Be Necessary In Preparing The Offer. Only Materials And Products With Approvals, Certificates And Technical Approvals Allowing A Given Product To Be Used In Construction May Be Used To Perform The Works. For Materials For Which, In Accordance With Applicable Law, Technical Approvals, Certificates Or Declarations Of Product Compliance With The Relevant Approval Or The Relevant Polish Standard Are Not Required, It Is Allowed To Present The Recommendation Of Po Ii Wb 262.9.2021 Appendix No. 1 Of The Itb Technical Approval Allowing The Use Of The Above-Mentioned Materials In Construction Or, In The Absence Thereof, The Last Itb Technical Approval Obtained By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit The Above-Mentioned Documents At Each Request Of The Ordering Partys Representative And Submit Them After Completion Of The Works
