Subject Of The Order: Provision Of Reservation, Sale And Delivery Services Of Airline Tickets At The Institute Of Plasma Physics And Laser Microfusion. S. Kaliskiego. As Part Of The Provision Of Airline Ticket Reservation And Sales Services, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Search For Optimal Connections On A Given Route And At A Given Date In Terms Of The Lowest Price, Waiting Time For A Transfer, Duration Of The Entire Trip And The Convenience Of Connections (Departure Dates, Luggage Size) While Maintaining The Highest Travel Comfort, And Then Present To The Ordering Party At Least Three Variants (If Any) Of Flight/Ticket Reservation On The Ordered Route With A Detailed Travel Plan And All Flight Conditions - In Order To Enable The Ordering Party And The Interested Person To Choose The Most Advantageous Connection Variant.2) Taking Into Account In The Preparation Of Connection Variants The Connection Proposal Provided By The Ordering Party, If Provided.3) Presenting Variant Flights/Ticket Reservations To The Ordering Party By E-Mail Or Telephone, Within 1 Hour Of Receiving The Order.4) Sending The Booking Confirmation Containing The Final Redemption Date To The Ordering Party By E-Mail Within (Max) 3 Hours From Sending By The Ordering Party Information About The Flight Variant Selection. Ticket And Ticket Price And The Possibility Of Purchasing A Ticket At A Lower Price, E.G. With The Immediate Purchase Option (Without Reservation). In A Situation Where The Journey Begins On A Public Holiday Or On The Day Immediately After That Day, The Contractor Will Provide The Above-Mentioned Information To The Ordering Party On The Last Business Day Preceding The Start Of The Trip, No Later Than 2.00 P.M. - (According To The Offer).5) Issuing And Forwarding/Sending An Airline Ticket To The E-Mail Addresses Indicated By The Ordering Party Within (Max) 2 Hours From The Ordering Partys Submission Of The Order. The Issued Airline Ticket Will Contain All Information About The Travel Conditions And Price And Will Be Identical To The Reservation Submitted, Except For The Situation When The Ticket Price Changes To A Lower One, I.E. More Favorable For The Ordering Party - (In Accordance With The Offer) While Waiting For Issuance.
